Seco Restore Inc., a growing leader in restoration services, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of residential restoration projects. This role is vital in managing schedules, resources, and communication between office staff, project managers, and field teams. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and skilled at balancing multiple tasks while keeping projects on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of projects, from initiation through closeout.
  • Track and update project schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with budget tracking, material orders, invoices, and subcontractor contracts.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Provide project oversight and quality assurance inspections to ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and budget requirements.
  • Facilitate clear communication between project managers, contractors, and clients to streamline progress and resolve issues.
  • Support contractor and subcontractor evaluations, ensuring qualified teams are selected.
  • Provide leadership support to the Field Superintendent, fostering teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project coordination, office administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to support and guide field operations.
  • Proficiency with computers and office programs (Adobe Acrobat experience preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
