Inpatient / OR Scheduler - Radiology

Join Our Team as a Radiology Scheduler!

Be the first point of contact for patients while keeping our outpatient clinic running smoothly. You’ll schedule pre-op, imaging, and follow-up visits, manage patient calls, and support providers across multiple locations. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and skilled in EPIC and PACS, this role is the perfect fit!

About the Job

• Pay : $35 – $37 / hour (DOE)
• Schedule : Monday – Friday
• Shift : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM
• Contract : 3 months (with potential to extend)
• Start : ASAP!
• Department : Radiology

A Day in the Life :

As a Radiology Scheduler , you’ll be the first point of contact for patients. Your main role is to :

Support clinic operations by ensuring smooth scheduling and patient flow
