Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. Under the guidance of the Project Manager, the Mechanical Engineer will apply mechanical theory to design and specify HVAC systems and system processes. The role involves completing energy code compliance documentation, conducting energy analysis, participating in coordination meetings with design team members and clients, corresponding with vendors and contractors, performing site surveys, observing construction projects, editing specifications, and reviewing submittals.

Work Environment
The position is based in a standalone office building in downtown Indianapolis, complete with its own parking. This is primarily an in-person role with some flexibility for remote work when necessary. The company is family-owned, offering a supportive and familial work atmosphere. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $57.70 / hr.
