About The Position

Pride Health is hiring a Hospital Lab Supervisor to support our client’s medical facility in Nyack NY 10960. This is a 3- month+ assignment with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity, and it's a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title :  Hospital Lab Supervisor

Location :  Nyack NY 10960

Duration :  3 Months+

Pay range : $45 per hour - $55 per hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday (8Am- 4 : 30Pm) EST

• The salary is determined by an individual's level of experience, as well as any relevant licenses and certifications they may hold.

Key Responsibilities

To develop integration plans for hospital laboratory management in collaboration with regional and national teams.

To identify, design, develop, and implement hospital laboratory management services.

To manage implementation plans, start-up activities, and ongoing operations for internal and external clients.

To coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure timely and successful completion of lab management arrangements.

To train hospital management and staff; evaluate project effectiveness and outcomes.

To direct staff resources, evaluate results, and document newly created processes.

To ensure successful and timely client contract launches and ongoing operations.

To provide regular project status updates and detailed reporting on productivity, quality, and process flows.

Manager will have to ensure compliance with all contract terms for hospital-provided testing services and reference testing.

Act as the primary operations contact for hospital clients; coordinate service level expectations.

Collaborate with supply chain / procurement to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Monitor department metrics and coordinate activities to achieve performance goals.

Work with Laboratory Director to establish and maintain budgets; manage invoicing and capital equipment requests.

Oversee labor productivity and cost per test to ensure operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Five or more years of managerial experience in the laboratory industry.

Education :

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
