Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare, a well-established skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team.

Shift : Nights

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and coordinate daily nursing staff assignments

Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents and families

Serve as a resource for clinical staff, offering guidance and addressing inquiries

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with facility protocols

Ensure resident privacy and proper handling of all confidential information

Accurately manage clinical documentation and electronic care records

Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications :

Active New York State RN license

At least 3 years of long-term care experience

Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example

Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and e-prescribing systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer literacy
