The Maintenance Engineer holds a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel equipment and facilities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Technical & Preventive Maintenance

• Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other hotel systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on guest rooms, common areas, and equipment such as refrigerators, ice machines, and exhaust fans.
• Repair minor carpentry, painting, and furniture issues to maintain property aesthetics and functionality.
