Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of real estate development projects. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate design reviews, permit approvals, and construction progress.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor onsite activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality controls, and design specifications.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to resolve issues, manage resources, and track milestones effectively.
  • Assist in conducting site visits and meetings to assess progress and address challenges with the construction crew.
  • Help manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Contribute to risk management by identifying potential delays or cost overruns and proposing solutions.
  • Support the closeout process, including final inspections, punch lists, and handover to property management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or construction management, preferably in real estate development.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, permitting, and contract administration.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
