Our client, a leading organization in the government and technology sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Integration Technical Lead Integrations to join their team. As a ServiceNow Integration Technical Lead Integrations, you will be part of the Integration Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Provide governance and technical guidance to scrum teams focusing on ServiceNow integrations.

Develop governance documents, procedures, and best practices tailored to ServiceNow integration solutions.

Collaborate with strategic leaders to scope, plan, and implement new integration projects.

Mentor and train lead developers and developers on advanced integration techniques and methodologies.

Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to recommend and implement innovative integration solutions.

What's Needed?

Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and integration tools.

Proficiency in REST API, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, and authentication methods like OAuth, SAML, and MFA.

Strong understanding of integration architectures such as point-to-point and event-based systems.

Experience with middleware platforms like Mulesoft or Kafka and troubleshooting tools like ServiceNow ecc_queue and mid servers.

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
