Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, contributing to a positive employee experience.

Hiring Process :

  • Application Review : We will carefully review all applications and resumes.
  • Initial Screening : Selected candidates will be contacted for an initial phone or video interview to assess their qualifications and fit.
  • In-Person Interview : Top candidates will be invited to an in-person interview with our HR team and relevant department heads.
  • Reference Check : We will verify references and employment history.
  • Offer and Onboarding : Successful candidates will receive a formal job offer and begin the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities :

Onboarding and Offboarding :

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from initial contact, hiring to exit.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to welcome new hires.
  • Process paperwork and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development :

  • Identify training needs and develop effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • HR Policies and Procedures :

  • Create, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance reviews.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics.
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software.
  • Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player : No drama
  • Dependable.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
