Job Summary
We're seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, contributing to a positive employee experience.
Hiring Process :
- Application Review : We will carefully review all applications and resumes.
- Initial Screening : Selected candidates will be contacted for an initial phone or video interview to assess their qualifications and fit.
- In-Person Interview : Top candidates will be invited to an in-person interview with our HR team and relevant department heads.
- Reference Check : We will verify references and employment history.
- Offer and Onboarding : Successful candidates will receive a formal job offer and begin the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities :
Onboarding and Offboarding :
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from initial contact, hiring to exit.Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to welcome new hires.Process paperwork and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Training and Development :
Identify training needs and develop effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars.HR Policies and Procedures :
Create, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.Record Keeping and Reporting :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance reviews.Prepare regular HR reports and metrics.The Ideal Candidate :
Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in HR software.Qualifications
Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related positionIn-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor lawsKnowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databasesExcellent time management and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsTeam player : No dramaDependable.Must have reliable transportation.
