The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law, with a focus on leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and general transactional experience. Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Draft, negotiate, and interpret various real estate agreements including leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements, and other real estate documents.
• Conduct thorough due diligence for potential real estate transactions, including reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents, environmental reports, zoning reports, and other due diligence materials.
• Provide legal advice on a broad range of real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate.
• Assist with the structuring, negotiation, and closing of complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service and to stay abreast of market trends and legal developments.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.
• Work closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure the successful completion of real estate transactions.
