Sales Orders Specialist

Summary

As a Sales Orders Specialist you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for Brivos customers and partners. Youll be responsible for accurately managing and processing customer orders while collaborating across teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the customer journey. This hybrid position is based at ourBethesda MD headquarters or from Lehi UT office.

Responsibilities

• Accurately manage incoming customer sales orders ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Finance and Operations to resolve order-related issues and improve workflows.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from resellers prospects and internal stakeholders via email Slack and phone.
• Conduct thorough reviews of sales orders to ensure all required documentation and information are complete before processing.
• Stay current on Brivos offerings and industry trends to effectively represent the brand in external communications.

Qualifications

The total compensation package for this full-time position includes an hourly wage range of $25.00 - $29.00 an hour. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate including job-related skills experience qualifications work location training and market addition to cash compensation (includes base salary and where applicable may include incentive or overtime pay) Brivonians are eligible for benefits & perks ( based on their work locations.
