POSITION SUMMARY

The Community Support Worker is responsible for supporting consumers in attaining meaningful lives through the growth of skills necessary to live independently, complete education / training, acquire employment and have enjoyable social lives. CSWs are responsible for facilitating client's transition to independence; endorsement and application of community services. Additionally, CSWs coordinate care for client's health, housing, and vocational needs.
