As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service at every interaction. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as you will be responsible for patrolling the grounds and responding to various situations as needed. Sat 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 30 AM

Sun 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 30 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and / or potential issues.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the hotel or resort environment to help deter unwanted behaviors and provide a visible security-related presence.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal procedures.

Work collaboratively with property management and staff to address concerns and support a welcoming environment for guests and residents.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
