This is a temporary-to-hire, on-site position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external communications. Key Responsibilities
Provide executive support to multiple C-Suite individualsManage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reportsPrioritize and triage emails on behalf of leadershipMaintain documents and templates in SharePointCollaborate with a team of administrative professionalsAssist with planning and execution of meetings, events, and conferencesOrder supplies and track inventory to maintain a well-stocked, organized office environmentRespond promptly to emails, calls, and inquiries on behalf of leadershipQualifications
MUST have 3+ years of proven experience supporting senior leadershipHighly organized, confident, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor with excellent communication skillsBachelors degree or equivalent experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
