What You’ll Do :

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Generate leads and schedule appointments
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Provide friendly, accurate customer service, including answering questions about policies, claims, billing, and coverage
• Use strong communication skills to educate customers and support business growth
• Work closely with the team to meet marketing and sales goals

What We’re Looking For :

• Customer service focused with a positive attitude
• Sales experience preferred (inside / outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
• Ability and willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life / Health Insurance Licenses
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in marketing insurance and financial products
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish preferred) encouraged to apply
