Senior Manager Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Location : T-Th onsite at headquarters in Farmers Branch TX M & F can work remotely
- Reports to : SVP Finance
- Salary range : $135000 - 155000 annual base salary
The Senior Manager of Financial Accounting & Reporting will play a critical leadership role in driving financial performance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making across retail stores and channels. This role will partner closely with merchandising operations supply chain and marketing teams to support business strategies with clear financial insight and accountability.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Planning & Forecasting : Lead the development of store level and channel-specific budgets forecasts and long-range plans. Align financial plans with sales margin and labor.Business Partnership & Strategic Support : Collaborate with retail operations merchandising and marketing leaders to evaluate promotions product mix and store performance. Provide insights and financial recommendations to maximize profitability and customer value.Performance Reporting & Analysis : Deliver daily weekly and monthly sales and margin performance reporting. Analyze KPIs such as sales per square foot comp store growth and labor productivity.Leadership & Team Management : Lead and develop a high performing team of analysts. Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes business partnership and continuous improvements.Business Development & Growth : Conduct the financial due diligence ROI analysis and integration planning related to M&A activity and other strategic initiatives. Additionally this role will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models to support new store openings remodels lease renewals and relocation projects.Knowledge & Skills
