About the Role :
We're seeking a skilled Estimator to join the Commercial Division. This role plays a vital part in securing new business by preparing accurate, detailed bids for a variety of projects — including multi-family, hospitality, religious, medical office, and light industrial developments. The ideal candidate will bring energy, precision, and a passion for building lasting industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze bid specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine full scope of work and required resources.
- Prepare detailed concrete construction estimates covering foundations, poured walls, flatwork, and post-tension elements.
- Collaborate closely with general contractors and trade partners throughout the bid process.
- Conduct site visits when needed to assess project conditions.
- Manage the full bid cycle — from initial receipt to final submission — ensuring competitive, accurate proposals that align with company standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to support project success.
