Job Description

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive growth in the HVAC industry. Identify and establish partnerships with distributors and key stakeholders. Manage sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasts to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Provide training and support to channel partners to maximize their performance. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration. Prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership teams.
