Job Summary : We're looking for a Technical Sourcer to help grow our rapidly expanding team. You'll drive sourcing, coordination, and candidate experience across technical functionsincluding AI / ML, data science, engineering, research, and productand play a hands-on role in helping us build a world-class team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with our hiring managers and recruiting team to execute recruiting strategies across a range of technical roles in AI / ML, data, engineering, research, and product
• Source, engage, and build relationships with top-tier technical talentespecially hard-to-find, passive candidates
• Coordinate interviews and ensure every candidate has a thoughtful, high-quality experience
• Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions that reflect our mission and culture
• Maintain organized, accurate pipelines and workflows in Greenhouse or Ashby
• Track recruiting activity, share insights, and continuously look for ways to improve our process
• Support onboarding and help new hires transition smoothly into the team

Pay & Benefits : The pay range for this role is between $80,000 and $130,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
