Base Pay Range

$180,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
• Coordinate, analyze, and report financial performance to Management and Board of Directors.
• Prepare short- and long-term financial forecasts for internal management and external partners.
• Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinating activities with external audit firms and reviewing performance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive job cost system.
• Direct and analyze studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization.
• Report variances from the established budget and explain their causes.
• Assist management in formulating overarching strategic direction.
• Engage the finance committee of the board of directors to develop financial plans and projections.
• Represent the company to financial partners, including institutions, investors, auditors, and public officials.
• Remain up to date on nonprofit audit best practices and state and federal law regarding nonprofit operations.
