About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic individual who is ready to support our fast-growing and high-energy company while deepening their marketing skills. As an event coordinator, you will support the needs of the Strategic Expansion Team (Customer Sales team). You’ll be responsible for planning and executing in-person and virtual events. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for organizational efficiency and project management.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with various marketing departments, including regional marketing, partner marketing, business development, sales, and more. This position will report directly to the Account-Based Marketing team (ABM).
This is a 6-month, part-time (20-25 hours per week) position based out of Denver, CO, or Oakland, CA.

What You’ll Do :
Execute event marketing campaigns, including planning, project management, tasks / ticket completion, internal communications, and more for the customer sales team Work closely with the ABM Manager to understand goals and project timelines associated with customer events Liaise with conference organizers to support conference sponsorships and booth buildsPlan and execute events such as roundtables, virtual events, customer on-sites, dinners, and happy hours Work closely with the brand / design team on asset fulfillment and managementBuild and execute Marketo & Salesforce campaignsCreate copy for event email, social, and other promotional copy Partner closely with sales and business development teams onthe enablement of messaging for marketing campaign promotion and follow-up Assist team leader with budget management and tracking of goal attainmentParticipate in team calls, as needed
Skills We’re Looking For :

This is a 6 month contract, part-time (20-25 hours per week), hybrid (1 day per week) position based out of our Denver, CO or Oakland, CA offices.
