Our client, a global leader in the nutrition and wellness industry, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to serve as the face and voice of their Chicago office. This role is perfect for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys creating a welcoming and efficient workplace.
- 40 hours a week - Monday through Friday 8a-4 : 30pm
- 5 days fully on-site
- $33-35 / hr - weekly pay & benefits after 60 days
- Possible temp to perm for the right fit
You'll be part of a high-performing executive administration team that supports senior leadership and drives key initiatives. As the hub of office operations, you'll balance executive support, facilities management, and event coordination—ensuring the office runs smoothly and the culture remains collaborative, inclusive, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, travel, and meeting logistics for senior leadersPrepare presentations, reports, and confidential correspondenceAct as a liaison between executives and internal / external partnersCoordinate high-level onsite meetings and strategic eventsPartner with the administration team lead to support executive initiativesOffice Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, and supply managementMaintain organizational systems to ensure efficiency and complianceCoordinate company meetings, events, and team-building activitiesManage office budgets, operational contracts, and invoice processingSupport employee onboarding and serve as a key contact for the local teamFront Office & Reception
Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls and deliveriesMaintain a polished and professional reception areaRepresent the company's culture and values through daily interactionsWhat You Bring
5+ years of experience in executive support or office managementBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetSkilled in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Co-Pilot)Experience with SAP and Canva (or similar design tools) preferredNotary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)You'll Succeed Here If You Are :
