Ability to care for the full autonomy of the patient and their medical conditions independently; Will have the support of the tenured Physician Same-day acute visits to enhance patient access in the clinic Will participate in shared call amongst the providers; Triaged through MyNurse Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve General family medicine procedures, must have experience with Women's Health IUDs and Nexplanon's Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Board Certified Experience with the Pediatric population and Women's health - IUD and Nexplanon Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice Eligible to work in the United States Initial 2-year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program This position has an APP extender stipend available for supporting a physician Attractive incentive package A competitive Total Rewards program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in.
