About the Role :

As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in our hotel's operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly during the overnight shift. You'll be responsible for not only the accuracy of all hotel accounting processes but also for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

What You'll Do :

• Precision in Accounting : Ensure all hotel accounting tasks are processed accurately to protect our brand and assets from liability and fraud.
• Audit and Balance : Audit, balance, post, and report on all front desk, rooms, and food and beverage transactions.
• Daily Checklists : Complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure all procedures are followed daily.
• Maximize Occupancy : Ensure hotel occupancy is optimized, and all guest accounts are accurately checked in.
• Run the Final Audit : Execute the night audit final after verifying the accuracy of all transactions.
• Guest Services : Attend to guest needs at the front desk, providing a management presence and support throughout the night.
• Food & Beverage Support : Prepare limited menu items for guest orders as needed.
• Miscellaneous Duties : Complete any additional tasks as required, including resetting the Food and Beverage P.O.S. and preparing the daily revenue summary.
• Friendly Service : Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a warm, friendly, and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain Standards : Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag as per brand standards.
