Experience : Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience. Language : Spanish preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in standard clinical documentation and telehealth platforms. Soft Skills : Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathetic skills. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to patients and families. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations.
