We are expanding our outreach and looking for a dedicated Marketing Representative to build strong community relationships and generate referrals from hospitals, clinics, and care facilities.

Position Summary :

The Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources to promote Synergy HomeCare’s services. This role involves field-based marketing, direct outreach to hospitals and medical facilities, and driving new client referrals for both caregiving and babysitting support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular outreach visits to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, pediatric clinics, senior facilities, and physician offices.
• Build and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and other key referral sources.
• Identify new referral opportunities and establish strategic partnerships within the community.
• Promote Synergy HomeCare’s range of services, including in-home senior care and babysitting support for families.
• Represent the company at local networking events, health fairs, and community programs.
• Collaborate with the internal care team to ensure seamless onboarding of referred clients.
• Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, and referral outcomes.
• Provide ongoing market feedback and assist leadership with business development strategy.
