We are expanding our outreach and looking for a dedicated Marketing Representative to build strong community relationships and generate referrals from hospitals, clinics, and care facilities.
Position Summary :
The Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources to promote Synergy HomeCare’s services. This role involves field-based marketing, direct outreach to hospitals and medical facilities, and driving new client referrals for both caregiving and babysitting support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular outreach visits to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, pediatric clinics, senior facilities, and physician offices.
- Build and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and other key referral sources.
- Identify new referral opportunities and establish strategic partnerships within the community.
- Promote Synergy HomeCare’s range of services, including in-home senior care and babysitting support for families.
- Represent the company at local networking events, health fairs, and community programs.
- Collaborate with the internal care team to ensure seamless onboarding of referred clients.
- Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, and referral outcomes.
- Provide ongoing market feedback and assist leadership with business development strategy.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development (home care or senior services experience preferred).Familiarity with the local healthcare landscape and existing contacts within hospitals or care facilities is a strong advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for local travel.Preferred Background :
Experience working with hospitals, discharge planners, or pediatric care teams.Knowledge of home care industry regulations and referral processes.Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
