Salary : $140,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Manage the preparation and review of complex tax returns for HNW and UHNW individuals, including federal and multi-state returns, estate and gift tax returns, trust returns, and corporate returns for S-Corps and C-Corps.

2. Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to our clients, including wealth preservation strategies, estate planning, and entity structuring.

3. Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and new tax laws, and provide clear and concise advice to our clients.

4. Collaborate with our family office team to provide comprehensive wealth management services to our clients.

5. Manage relationships with clients, including regular communication, understanding their unique needs, and providing exceptional service.

6. Liaise with the IRS and state tax authorities, including responding to inquiries and audits, and negotiating resolutions.

7. Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns and reports, and maintain detailed records of all tax work.

Qualifications :

• CPA required
• Big 4 experience
• HNW
• Minimum 5 years experience in a reviewer role
• Master’s in taxation a plus
