Overview

The CoverMyMeds CIO Infrastructure & Operations team seeks a full-time leader to manage a modern infrastructure support team. This role oversees highly available and high-performing infrastructure solutions, leading a team of motivated professionals. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive practical knowledge to develop solutions that ensure quality, applicability, and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Linux and Windows professionals in a real time transaction processing environment
• Manage and support physical and virtual server environments, including Identity & Access Management, across on-premises, co-location, and cloud data centers
• Develop and implement support plans and roadmaps for diverse environments
• Automate redundant functions to improve quality and efficiency
• Drive scalable risk reduction practices collaborating with technical contributors and leadership
• Document standards, architecture, implementation procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Communicate effectively with peers, upper management, and customers
• Train, mentor, and validate the work of team members
• Demonstrate regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Perform duties remotely or on-site as needed

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $115,500 - $192,500
