Regional Sales Director – South Region

We’re seeking a Regional Sales Director – South Region who’s ready to be part of an innovative company delivering high-performance building solutions that simplify construction and ensure code compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and execute a strategy to increase penetration with builders, panelizers, dealers and distributors in your region.
• A laser focus on converting builders in your region.
• Work with the National Account group to expand business with key builders, dealers and distributors in your region.
• Manage a network of independent reps and company direct employees in your area. Align the goals for the region with your sales rep partners. Make sure that they are trained and have the right tools to be successful.
• Set expectations with your direct reports.
• Attend key industry events to promote your portfolio of products.
