Description

Sportworks is seeking a visionary customer-centric Product Manager to drive digital transformation. This high-impact role blends strategic product vision business model innovation market insight and cross-functional execution. Youll work directly with the VP / GM of Digital & Growth to shape the future of digitally enabled value creationturning ideas into real growth across SaaS IoT and data-driven platforms.

As part of an entrepreneurial team youll enjoy broad exposure meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to influence decisions at every level. This is a unique chance to build a repeatable playbook while shaping how modern software and data solutions deliver real-world impact. Youll be part product strategist part market analyst part commercial enablerchampioning solutions that improve customer outcomes unlock new revenue streams and scale with repeatable playbooks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Product and Portfolio Vision

• Define and evolve multi-year digital product strategy rooted in customer workflows and aligned with macro and micro trends.
• Map emerging opportunities across core businesses adjacencies and new digital layers.
• Build roadmaps that prioritize impact sequence execution and articulate a clear product narrative.
