- Understands client deadlines
- Scopes engagement, manages client expectations, ensure client satisfaction, and communicates upward
- Monitors project due dates in Workstream and coordinates the timely delivery of all Outsourced Accounting Projects
- Conducts self-review of work before submission to reviewer
- Takes ownership of assignments and takes responsibility for service quality, thoroughness, and accuracy
- Learns from mistakes and changes approach / actions
- Acts in a professional manner at all times
- Clearly articulates requests and questions to client; takes notes to avoid repeat request / questions
- Maintains high level of organization (open items listing, PBC list, client files, workpaper)
