We are currently seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner who is ready to hit the road and revolutionize the way HR operates at Primo Brands. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our Mid-Atlantic ReadyRefresh operations team, spearheading strategic initiatives, and driving cultural excellence across two regions within the Mid-Atlantic Division that consist of 18 locations including one union facility. In this capacity, you'll be our HR guru on the ground, ensuring our teams are engaged, empowered, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way. This role will be 50-60% travel as it provides HR leadership across California. Pay Range : $138,403-168,954. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
