Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Salinas, CA is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students within their educational setting. This contract position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to positively impact student learning and development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to programming.
  • Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and state regulations.

Desired Qualifications and Experience :

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with school-aged populations (K-12).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral practices in educational settings.
  • Position Details :

  • Location : Salinas, CA (on-site)
  • Schedule : Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Duration : Contract position starting ASAP through June 2023
  • Caseload : K-12 students
