Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and coordinate pre-employment steps.
- Conduct and organize new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment records.
Benefits Administration
Act as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.Support open enrollment and manage benefit updates with vendors.Maintain benefits data accuracy and assist with issue resolution.Leave Management
Track and process FMLA, ADA, and state leave requests.Maintain required documentation and ensure timely follow-up.Communicate leave status and expectations with employees.HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain personnel files and compliance documentation in audit-ready condition.Monitor I-9s, required postings, and acknowledgments.Assist with payroll-related tasks such as timecard audits, corrections, and employee follow-ups.Support internal audits and track HR training and compliance logs.Employee Support
Provide timely responses to day-to-day HR inquiries.Support cross-functional initiatives in coordination with HR Manager.Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.Skills and Experience :
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.PHR certification preferred.Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment practices.Exceptional organization, follow-through, and task ownership.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP a plus.Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Occasional walking and standing when visiting the manufacturing floor or attending meetings.Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times (e.g., files, supply boxes).Work Environment :
