  • Open Tuesday - Sunday / Closed Monday.

POSITION SUMMARY : To effectively coordinate and control the flow of the door by greeting arrivals, seating and acknowledging departures of all guests, which results in a Superior Guest Experience for all Cooper Restaurants guests.

Employee Benefits

  • Server rate - $2.75 per hour plus tips

    • Company pays a portion of elected coverage

  • Vacation Pay – up to 80 hours for full time employees (annually)

    • After 6 months – 5 days

  • After 1 year – Additional 5 days
  • 10 days max
  • Tipped employees vacation rate - $10.00 per hour
  • Employee Meal Discount – 40% off while working / employee + 1 guest while dining
  • Employee of the month - for FOH & BOH - $100 each
