We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. iOS Engineer to help shape the future of the T-Mobile T-Life App. In this role, you'll collaborate with a talented team of mobile engineers to design, implement, and maintain high-quality iOS features that meet both business goals and user needs. You'll be responsible for delivering scalable, performant, and secure mobile solutions that drive an exceptional customer experience across T-Mobile's mobile ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in modern iOS development practicesincluding architecture design, testing strategies, and performance optimizationalong with strong collaboration and mentorship skills. You'll contribute to technical direction, ship features to production, guide best practices, and grow within a culture that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
