What You'll Do :
This position will provide administrative support to executives while also managing our office in Boulder. You'll work side by side with our team as we support clients that are changing the world across industries such as healthcare, private equity, manufacturing, utilities, government, outdoor recreation, and everything in between!
Some Specific Responsibilities :
Note : This is a fully on-site role in our Boulder, Colorado, office and is not eligible for remote work.
What You'll Bring :
This role is extremely fast-paced. It involves doing different tasks every day, including tasks you may have never done before. It is an individual-contributor role. It requires critical thinking, problem solving, context switching, and creativity. It receives a lot of feedback, and requires the ability to take and act upon feedback in a professional manner.
This role is not focused on managing executives' calendars. This role does not manage schedules. It is not a receptionist role (does not require regular phone answering). It is not remote work is in person in Boulder, Colorado. It is not a 9-5 job. You'll be expected to put in 45-50 hours a week, depending on the week.
