About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Merchant Services Business Management, a pivotal role that demands a dynamic and strategic leader to drive financial discipline, business strategy, and operational excellence within the Small Business and Middle Market segments. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the General Manager, shaping and supporting growth initiatives, and will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure business growth and profitability. This role also involves close collaboration with product, sales, and operations teams to enhance client experience and business performance, as well as leading efforts to streamline processes and implement best practices.

Applicants must have a Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, with at least 7 years' of experience in finance, business management, or related roles within financial services or merchant services. The role requires a leader with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, who can produce polished, executive-ready materials and has a proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders. Experience in managing large teams, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Familiarity with SQL and Alteryx is a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends, and recommending actions to optimize results, as well as ensuring robust financial controls and risk management practices are in place.
