We’re hiring a Civil Engineer (PE) with a background in transportation infrastructure or water resources to lead impactful public infrastructure work across Oklahoma. You'll take charge of full-cycle design projects for roadways, stormwater systems, and site infrastructure, working in a firm where your input shapes the end product—not just the plans.

Design Leadership : Lead civil site designs for public projects — including roadways, drainage, stormwater systems, and grading

Project Ownership : Manage work from scoping to delivery; own budgets, timelines, and quality

Client Collaboration : Meet with municipalities, DOT, and stakeholders to align on technical direction and expectations
