The Troy Family YMCA is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Teen & Family Program team. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading charity committed to strengthening community. Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Program Director develops, organizes and implements high quality YMCA programs for the youth, sports, and family programming.

Requirements :

• BA / BS in Physical Ed., Recreation, Sports Mgt., or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two (2) years experience working with youth, teens and adults in a leadership capacity.
• Two (2) years experience managing and supervising staff.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Publisher).
• CPR, First Aid, AED, and Blood borne Pathogens trainings to be completed within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.

The salary for this position is $60,405.80 w / full benefits that include Medical, Dental, Vision, Pension, 403B, Childcare, & Tuition Reimbursement!
