Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of budget tracking, forecasting, accruals, and invoicing to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

This position will report in person to our Las Vegas office.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage departmental budgets in alignment with financial goals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop, refine, and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Monitor budget variances and provide clear, actionable explanations to department leaders.
• Process, code, and route invoices for timely approval and payment.
• Prepare and record accurate monthly accruals.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies or payment delays.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive budget tracking reports and supporting documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and similar tools to analyze spending trends, generate insights, and create visual budget summaries.
• Ensure all expenses are coded accurately to the appropriate accounts and cost centers.
• Review and reclassify misallocated charges in coordination with Finance and Accounting teams.
• Maintain complete documentation and audit trails for all financial adjustments.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve budget management efficiency.
