Responsibilities / Qualifications

Drees Homes is seeking an energetic and welcoming Community Representative. This position will be working out of our Indianapolis, IN Division.

This position is part-time; it will be covering some weekdays, and occasional Saturdays and Sundays. If you like being around people, are outgoing, and possess good organizational and interpersonal skills, this is an excellent opportunity. Duties include greeting the public, answering the phone, setting appointments and other administrative / clerical duties. Basic computer skills are required.

This is an entry-level position that will assist and provide coverage back up for the on-site Sales Representative in their model home.

• High school diploma required, bachelors degree preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
• Must have general computer, Microsoft Office and administrative skills
• Must be outgoing, reliable, empathetic and friendly
