Job Summary :

We are seeking a versatile and experienced individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver . No CDL Required This role requires a combination of warehouse skills, delivery expertise, and hands-on experience with tools and equipment. You will handle inventory, crate pumps using power tools, and make timely deliveries using straight and flatbed trucks. Experience with electronic logbooks is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled in both warehouse operations and safe driving.

Warehouse Responsibilities :

• Inspect and accurately receive products from vendors.
• Store products in designated locations and maintain organization.
• Pick, pack, and ship products to customers efficiently.
• Crate pumps using power tools and ensure proper packaging for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner.

Delivery Responsibilities :

Safely operate straight trucks and flatbed trucks for deliveries.

Secure products on flatbeds using proper tie-down techniques in line with safety standards.

Deliver products to customer sites on time while maintaining a clean driving record in compliance with DOT standards.

Inspect vehicles regularly, report any maintenance needs, and ensure vehicles are in proper working condition.

Communicate effectively with the warehouse and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Document delivery details, maintain accurate records, and resolve any discrepancies or issues on-site.

Experience with electronic logbooks is a plus but not required.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience operating straight trucks and flatbed trucks with proper tie-down techniques.

Experience using power tools for crating and packaging, particularly with pumps.

Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Physical Demands and Work Environment :

This role involves operating heavy machinery, driving delivery vehicles, crating products with power tools, and securing loads on flatbeds. Candidates must be able to work in various indoor and outdoor environments and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
