5+ years of Service Desk experience preferred. SCCM experience PowerShell experience Must have good vendor management skills and must be able to get performance out of people. Must have good organizational and time management skills, and must have the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at one time. Ability to make independent and accurate decisions, and have the ability to think through downstream effects of those decisions. Ability to incorporate and leverage components of project management life cycle. Must be diligent in documenting processes, maintain deployment team elements of I.T.’s knowledge base & performing cross-training\knowledge transfer to the Service Desk. Complete tasks with great attention to detail. Ability to improvise, adapt, and overcome unforeseen obstacles. Basic construction knowledge to be able to identify electrical and data requirements for installing new equipment and communicate that to construction managers. Must be willing to perform basic installation tasks including mounting LCD brackets to the wall, drilling holes in counter tops and installing computer hardware in a restaurant environment. Create and maintain a pilot, beta, and production release schedule Working with the QA team to validate deployment processes Document and communicate pilot and beta release defects Obtain signoff on pilot and beta release schedules prior to production release Creating and managing change control requests Managing deployment communication to all vested stakeholders I.T. knowledge including the following : Microsoft Windows operating systems Microsoft Terminal Services and Citrix Microsoft DOS Microsoft Office Suite General scripting Networking (firewalls, switches, TCP / IP, DHCP) Microsoft System Center and configuration management practices RemoteWare Aloha Table Service, Aloha Takeoout QSR KDS Hardware (printers, point of sale, fileservers, network equipment, monitors, etc.)
