Your keen eye for emerging trends and innovative creators will not only inspire but also directly influence the unforgettable moments we bring to life.

Respsonsibilities :

  • Continuously monitor and analyze conversations, content, and creators across major social platforms, identifying emerging trends, viral moments, and innovative creators relevant to our brand and audience.
  • Develop and share daily or weekly trend reports and inspiration decks, providing the team with fresh perspectives and actionable insights.
  • Brainstorm and collaboratively shape creative ideas for new experiences, actively contributing to and supporting the pitch process.
  • Proactively share cultural insights and relevant content to spark new experience ideas and maintain a robust library of trend references and influencer / creator spotlights.
  • Participate actively in brainstorms and work sessions, sharing your expertise, coordinating creative resources for presentations, and presenting findings and recommendations in an engaging, digestible manner (verbally, visually, or in writing).
  • Maintain organized materials and contribute to the documentation and sharing of new trends and concept ideas across the team, ensuring knowledge is accessible and leveraged.

Must-Have Qualifications :

  • A deep, undeniable passion for social media, digital culture, and emerging trends; you are consistently ahead of the curve on what’s buzzing and who’s creating it.
  • 2+ years of experience in creative development, marketing, social media, or a related field, including internships or freelance / side projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both visually and verbally.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit, eager to learn, with a positive, proactive attitude and an insatiable curiosity for the new and unknown.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, taking initiative to drive results.

    • Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

  • Basic proficiency with graphic and presentation tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
