Toyota's Enterprise Compliance Department is looking for a high-performing, self-directed Enterprise Compliance Sr. Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technology teams to capture, document and define requirements for Archer eGRC compliance modules, including defining key risk indicators and developing reporting for Sr. Leadership and Board of Directors. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced reporting and dashboards using BI solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and delivering compliance reporting using data extracts from Archer eGRC and other sources to identify enterprise-wide risks for consumption by senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Leveraging Excel skills to analyze and transform data with precision and efficiency.
• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into compliance metrics, trends, and risk indicators.
• Leading stakeholder sessions to gather requirements for compliance modules within Archer eGRC and translating them into scalable solutions.
• Driving innovation for Archer eGRC solutions and best practices to streamline compliance processes.
• Providing ongoing maintenance of the CMS that is designed to ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
• Collaborating with technology teams on overall design and functionality of the Archer eGRC platform.
• Working with business stakeholders to capture control activities for mapping to applicable federal and state regulations.
• Developing training materials for compliance modules.
