Kendall Law, P.C. in Torrance, CA, is seeking an Intake Specialist to join our dedicated team. Position Is Full-Time, M-F during business hours, and located in Torrance, CA
$23 - $25 hourly DOE.
Compensation : $23 - $25 hourly DOE
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring potential clients are warmly welcomed and received
- Guiding potential clients through a screening process
- Gathering information from potential clients in a clear, concise, and confidential way
- Assessing potential client needs and determining the most appropriate level of service
- Working with multiple departments to schedule and organize potential client appointments
- Communicating clearly and effectively with potential clients, ensuring they are fully informed on their options
- Carry out the initial client interview with empathy and compassion
- Persistently monitor all potential new client inquiries (email, internet, phone, take notes, research cases, fax, copy)
- Create spreadsheets to track referrals, clients, and other pertinent information
- Update logs to reflect the status of all potential new clients at all times
- Immediately contact every potential client and establish a relationship with them
- Follow up with pending inquiries daily
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to complete the initial consultation process
- Assist attorneys and Case Managers with administrative tasks related to opening new cases and maintaining databases
- Follow the instructions of Management and perform accordingly
- Ensure that all client retainer documents are accurate and complete. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time
Qualifications :
High school graduate required1-2 years of experience as a legal assistant, intake specialist, or relevant experienceProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal skillsResourceful and motivated to solve issues as they ariseAbility to work independently and as a team memberBachelor's Degree is preferredSales experience is preferredBilingual (English / Spanish) is preferredAbout Company
