As a Data Specialist, your responsibilities will be :

The Data Specialist II position will provide data entry and abstraction support as well as other clerical and advanced reporting duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

• Data abstraction and entry from patient's clinical source documents (charts, etc), as well as forms / wall charts for external registries.
• Advanced quality audits of both internal and external registries.
• Advanced Registry Reporting
