job_description.job_card.job_descriptionInterior Finish Execution – Oversee drywall, millwork, stone, flooring, paint, lighting, and trim to achieve luxury-grade quality. Trade Sequencing & Coordination – Maintain the two-week look-ahead schedule and lead daily huddles to keep all crews productive. Schedule & Turnover Management – Track unit progress, identify risks early, and deliver every turnover milestone with minimal rework. Punch List & Close-Out – Build digital punch lists, drive rapid resolution, and lead acceptance walks with owners, designers, inspectors, and buyers. Safety & Documentation – Champion a spotless, safe, and compliant jobsite while producing daily reports, photo logs, and inspection records in Procore. 3-8 years supervising interior or finish trades on Class-A multifamily, hospitality, or luxury residential projects. Ability to read drawings, finish schedules, and architectural details. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and subcontractor-management skills. Proficiency with Procore (or similar platform) plus Microsoft Office and Bluebeam. Physically able to walk active floors and climb stairs or ladders throughout the day. Background in carpentry, millwork, or a related finish trade. Experience on luxury high-rise or four / five-star hotel projects. OSHA-30 certification.

You will work side-by-side with a nationally recognized Senior Superintendent, perfecting every detail from drywall to final punch-out while advancing toward a full Superintendent role.
