Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate each situation to determine the most effective response using advanced Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding and reassurance regarding the care being delivered.
• Take leadership on the scene, managing the Paramedic team and the unit as required.
• Safely operate the ambulance during emergency responses.
• Collaborate professionally with all healthcare and public safety personnel, as well as your fellow Paramedics.
• Engage in community programs to enhance our organization’s reputation and foster strong community relationships.
